I highly recommend booking sessions with Jenna, she is a gem! She's truly a gifted practitioner, very well rounded in her coaching background and brings a sweet loving spirit to her sessions. Working with Jenna was special, she is a compassionate, soothing soul with the gift of intuition. She has a deep understanding of energy and I experienced a very powerful session with her! I have had the privilege to have many MAP Coaching Sessions with Jenna. Her open-hearted approach created this safe space where I felt completely safe and accepted for who I am. The connection with Jenna was instantaneous, which allowed me to share some deeply private events to her, knowing her compassion was complete and that MAP would help lower the emotional charge attached to these past events. Discussing together, we saw that these events were highlighting a sabotaging pattern...I was very much emotional about this...She was there to support me, and cleared that pattern for good using MAP! I felt free for the first time in many years, I felt more at peace and felt my energy coming back to me; as if freeing that pattern released a whole bunch of stuck energy that was then available to me!!! Jenna also helped me better deal with my son's behaviors at school and at home; allowing me to feel empowered and to reconnect with my son and my joy of being a mom and spending more time with him (precious and invaluable 💙) I am forever grateful to her and highly recommend her coaching services to anyone looking for a real Transformation!🙏

I recently had the pleasure of going through a few map sessions with my Reiki master Jenna! It was definitely an enlightening experience, as I've never done anything quite like that before. In the first session, we worked on a major goal of mine and it made me feel much better about the situation and to remember that it was a realistic goal and attainable one. Attitude has a lot to do with stuff and this helped me realize that I did have a real goal and was worthy of the goal and all I had to do was to trust the rest of it'll come if I truly believe. There were mantras and chanting involved which was different for me but I think it was all effective as I felt much much better after the session.

In the next session, we worked on some personal stuff and it really helped me feel better about myself. Again, there was chanting a mantra involved and one thing that I noticed this time is there was breathing involved as Jenna includes that in her Reiki and other meditation processes. This had time, it had to do with personal development problems or however you want to look at them but I got a better feeling and a better grasp on how I personally felt about the whole thing through the session with Jenna. All in all, I feel they're very helpful and very insightful and Jenna is a great master so you deserve to give yourself a shot at it!

I just had the most amazing session with Jenna today! She knew exactly how to get me grounded and relaxed enough to be open to whatever the session was going to bring. MAP is amazing! I wanted to share the powerful session I had today with MAP Practitioner, Jenna Foster. Coming into the session I was unaware of why I was having difficulty aligning with the statement I chose for the focus of the session. The subject was in regard to inner healing for my family through surrogate coaching and being the "shift" for my children. I always say that I'm going to do it ...but for some reason, I fail to follow through.

Through Jenna's intuitive heartfelt guidance, she added in one word at the beginning of my alignment statement. That word happened to be my personal word for the year. That word linked together with my statement triggered resistance and disempowering beliefs and BAM I connected with why I wasn't following through with my intention to be the "shift" for my children.
